Hello it’s Libby and Ella!

Today on our 10th day on out visit to Japan, we left Hiroshima in the morning and travelled by the Shinkansen to Kyoto!

Once we arrived in Kyoto, we walked from the station to K’s House, where we are staying for the next three nights. It’s big but cozy and the roof has an amazing view of the city. A big plus is that the beds aren’t on the floor this time!

We dropped our luggage off and jumped on a train to Inari, walked up a path under thousands of red Torii gates. The climb to the (almost) top was worth it, because we bought ice-creams and watched the sunset over Kyoto.

Once we were down from the hill, we caught the trains back to Kyoto and everyone had some yummy ramen for dinner, except for Ella and I, who had marshmallow pizza ^0^

We then walked back to the hostel to get some rest. We are all so tired from yet another day of walking up thousands of steps. But we had a great day today!!!
