Reports and Parent Teacher Interviews

Twice a semester, Interim Reports on students’ progress are posted out to parents/guardians. Interim Reports contain limited information on a students’ attendance, behaviour, organisation and overall progress. End of Semester Reports are issued at the end of Term 2 and the end of Term 4 and provide more detailed information on student progress towards the Australian and Victorian Learning Standards for P-10, VCE, VET and VCAL.

Early in Terms 2 and 4, Parents/Guardians are invited to attend Parent Teacher Interviews where their child’s progress can be discussed and any concerns raised. The college strongly encourages parents to attend these interviews. Interview dates can be found on the College Calendar.

Any parent/guardian with concerns about their child’s progress should contact the relevant Year Level Coordinator immediately.
